Carla Santo is the Principal of Santo Family Lawyers.

She has over 10 years experience in Family Law and is accredited by the Law Society of NSW as a specialist in Family Law. Carla has extensive experience across every facet of family law and is well placed with such experience to provide high level legal advice and support.

Carla holds a Bachelor of Business and a Juris Doctor with Honours; qualifications that place her in a position to understand and provide valuable advice in all property matters, including understanding financial accounts, deciphering trust structures and multifaceted company structures and identifying and understanding complex taxation issues.

Carla also has extensive experience in parenting matters having successfully represented clients in proceedings involving family violence, drug use, relocation of children (where a parent seeks to change a child’s residence) and Hague convention proceedings.

Carla is known for her strong negotiation skills however, when required she is a skilled advocate and has extensive experience appearing in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Family Court of Australia on behalf of her clients.
